Every client will work to a structured, progressive programme designed specifically to your individual needs and goals, both of which are discussed and set during your initial consultation. To ensure safe and effective programming we conduct a movement analysis and fitness assessment in your first session – this allows us to look at current fitness levels and basic movement patterns and identify any weaknesses or restrictions.

We have a wide range of modern training kit to ensure your workouts are varied, interesting and most of all challenging.

We supply all of our personal training clients with the correct nutritional guidance to ensure they are getting the most out of their training. We prescribe whole, natural, clean foods that provide a constant energy supply throughout the day and especially when you need it most, during your workout. We calculate your daily calorie target and even break down your protein, fat and carbohydrate targets to make your food choices simple.
